A Super Green Kale-Infused Mojito Recipe For St. Patrick’s Day
St. Patrick’s Day is right around the corner on March 17th. The fun-filled holiday is usually a day of celebration, dining and drinking. While beer is probably one of the more popular St. Patty’s beverages, anything green goes!
We discovered this deliciously refreshing and festive green cocktail created by Duet Brasserie, a fine-dining restaurant and bakery in New York City.
The hand-crafted cocktail, officially called the Shamrock Mojito, even contains healthy ingredients (kale!). Check out the recipe below.
- 2 oz. White rum
- 1 oz. fresh pressed Kale Juice
- ½ of a Lime
- Dash of Cane Sugar
- Mint (2 bunches)
- Muddle sugar, lime and mint.
- Add rum, kale juice and ice into a cocktail shaker.
- Shake well.
- Pour into a Collins glass and top with soda water and 4 leaf clover.
