Book Release Party For Controversial ‘Primates of Park Avenue’ To Take Place In The Hamptons
The Hamptons release event for “Primates of Park Avenue,” author Wednesday Martin’s controversial memoir about the lives of ultra-wealthy Upper East Side moms, will take place on June 20 in Bridgehampton.
To kick off the party, VIPs will arrive at the red carpet, and guests will arrive shortly after to mingle, enjoy cocktails, light bites and a reading by Martin herself.

WHAT: The Children’s Museum of the East End celebrates the release of “Primates of Park Avenue” by Wednesday Martin. As part of the evening, guests will enjoy complimentary cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, and a short reading by the celebrated author. Books will be available for purchase and signing, and all proceeds will benefit the museum.

ABOUT: Wednesday Martin, PhD, has worked as writer and social researcher in New York City for more than two decades. The author of Stepmonster and Primates of Park Avenue, has appeared on Today, CNN, NPR, NBC News, the BBC Newshour, and Fox News as an expert on step-parenting and parenting issues. Her newest novel has recently been reviewed by New York Magazine, The New York Times and The Hollywood Reporter to name a few. Wednesday received her PhD from Yale University and lives in New York City with her husband and their two sons.
