The Perfect Pumpkin Cocktail Recipe For Autumn
With crisp weather and the leaves changing, it’s the best time of year to enjoy pumpkin. This month, try it in a delicious seasonal cocktail.
Pumpkin Chills is a delightful mix of fresh pumpkin puree, vodka, Cointreau, rosemary syrup and lemon juice. The recipe was created by Mixologist Jose Torrella of Barclay Bar, located in the lobby of InterContinental New York Barclay Hotel. At Barclay Bar, Torrella uses pumpkin puree from a garden-grown pumpkin on the hotel’s rooftop. You can also use store-bought pumpkin puree, such as Organic Pumpkin Puree by Pacific Foods, as an alternative.

The Pumpkin Chills Cocktail will be available for $16 from October 10 to November 29 at Barclay Bar at InterContinental New York Barclay Hotel.
Pumpkin Chills Cocktail Recipe
1/4 oz Pumpkin puree
1/2 oz Cointreau
1 oz Infused Rosemary syrup
1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Shake all ingredients, strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with Rosemary stem on the side of glass.
